My body automatically wakes up (no alarm) at 4:00 am each morning. So I get up and work and am typically done by noon.
A friend just the other day asked my for my secret. Here’s what I shared with her:
- Bulletproof Coffee with grass fed butter and MCT oil is far and away the best productivity investment I’ve ever made. Two cups in the morning gives me sustained fuel throughout the day.
- I take a little known but important supplement known as Glutathione wit my coffee every morning. Your energy center housed in your cell mitochondria will love you for this.
The book “Head Strong” written by Bulletproof founder Dave Asprey is a great place to begin learning about these and other biohacking strategies.
