Seems like I’m always making new random connections at local coffeehouses. But honestly, I can’t ever recall engaging in a conversation with someone about fascia, those bands of human connective tissue that provide a supportive infrastructure for the body.

Enter Candace Navarra, an edgy, spirited fascial stretch therapist who assists private clients in becoming more mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually fit. Predicated on the improvement of one’s movement and mobility, Candace’s work is designed to help her clients feel better and move better in their own skin.

How did you stumble into that?

Believe it or not, since I was a kid, I’ve studied herbal medicine. My mom always had all of these random books on the topic…
